Emily's Poem #29 - "Flower"

She's the sun on my face
The spring in my step
The apple of my eye
She's witty, pretty and has me smitten in ways she'll never know
She has me wrapped around her pinky finger
And I'll do whatever she says
Happily, gladly, madly in love
Her puppet on a string
I'm impressed, obsessed, and depressed
Everytime single time she leaves
She's my drug and I don't want to stop
Even when you take her away
I'd be lost without her smile and her laughter
I'd be lost without her smile
I'd be lost without her
I am lost without her
My flower
